  This Starbucks features the reserve collection of coffee. I tried the Colombia reserve and was impressed. Most Starbucks locations do not sell reserve coffees.
  
  The food selection here is good compared to other Starbucks. Lastly the staff is professional and polite. For these reasons this location is one of my favorite Starbucks in the Tampa Bay Area.

  Just left Starbucks and they had 0 food items. No boxes, no sandwiches. They need to improve the inventory management here, causing missed sales and upset customers.
  
  Hopefully management reviews this and can make changes.

  This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been in. For a cold brew coffee plain I waited 10 minutes with no one else in the store. More than once. Staff moves at a snails pace. If I had another option in this route I'd take it, even a **gasp** Dunkin Donuts.

  Starbucks is kind of like the McDonalds of Coffee.  The advantage - you know what mediocre product you're going to get.  The product here is mediocre but the service can be so bad, I can't give it a two. The baristas often aren't paying attention to the customers.  I've waited up to 5 minutes for a nitro brew coffee even though I was the only customer AND nothing appeared to be changed out. I mean I'm sure the conversation the two employees had was really important!  The best part of that occasion - how angrily I was provided my coffee. I was a real jerk to interrupt their conversation with my business!!!  While that was the worst anecdote, I've never had good service!

  The absolute worst location! I wish this wasn't the location closest to me or I would never go again, but it is on my way to grab it, so that is the only reason I go back. First of all, the drive thru line constantly takes so long to the point where it gets me late. Like I'm talking I've waited for 30+ minutes and you get stuck in the line, so I can't get out at that point. It should not be taking that long ever with 5 or so cars in front of me. It has happened on many occasions. Also, my coffee order is almost never made right like I'm very clear with my order and they still manage to mess it up. The food is always burnt too, which is a big reason why I rarely get it anymore. I used to go daily and now I go maybe once a week because I'm sick of wasting money on something that is either burnt or not even made right and I'm also sick of being late for work because of how slow they are. It's ridiculous and this location needs to be managed much better because it makes Starbucks as a corporation look terrible.
